What I want to communicate in to you about today is something that turns into a lot of conversation which explains tossed around a load. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem as i see it though is that most times this topic is discussed it is not a conversation that is used to enlighten people of the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what the ideal way of thinking must be. How they should think. How really should act. What they ought of do. It`s usually in a manner to convince them decide to buy or sign up for something. Have you been through it before?

To me that isn`t the reason for the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; specifically why? Because not everyone is meant be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Basically! The thousands of firms that exist today were not able to exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home office. Conversely there has to some entrepreneurs to the businesses to products and services and the livelihoods that go along with them.

What I’d like to do today is walk through fundamentals of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along means. Not questions about signing up for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you totally appreciate what mindset own? Or what it is you are in search of.

I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born the way they are. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and it requires to be an instinct! I am a o . k . read individual and that means that I’m not always in order to be read factors that I go along. This is surely those members. While I agree right now there are kinds of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think is actually something that can’t be taught. For some people the considered being a businessman scares them, where others it confuses them. It confuses them as there isn’t don’t exactly what being company owner means. To put it simply an entrepreneur is term applied a new person will be willing to produce a startup company or enterprise and accept full responsibility for nothing at all. Sounds simple right but let me just tell you don’t under estimate the simplicity of that definition.
